CNC Milling

Vertical machining (VC) or milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece by advancing the cutter into the workpiece at a certain direction. Milling deploys a vertical spindle along with tools that drills and cuts into top portion of a workpiece. Similar to drilling, milling uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool. However, the vertical machine cutter is able to move along multiple axes, and can create a variety of shapes, slots and holes.
